Sign and seal architectural and structural plans, and creates structural calculation analysis report as required for building permit application.
Assist owners during construction of the projects, guide construction workers to adopt the Philippine building code and standards especially the proper splicing of rebars and standard length of hooks and proper methodology upon implementation of the project.
